Book Discussion Course: "Menu for the Future" (book available at signup)
A six-week discussion course exploring the connection between food and sustainability.
When: Starts July 9, 6:30-8:00pm (runs six Wednesdays, through August 13)
Where: River Arts 1st floor back meeting room (behind the kitchen)

Fee: $10.00 (includes book and 6 meetings)
There will be an orientation from Earth Institute and then the group will take turns leading as they work through the six chapters that cover a range of local and wise food awareness. Refreshments available.
